Although the workbook was very well written and general, I found the related discussions to be the most useful. That allows one to focus on their particular problems.

I am very happy about this experience in that I found it to be very helpful. I related well to the councilor who had a very positive approach to to my particular problem which was a bit atypical. I enjoyed my discussions with him a great deal.
